Who This Applies To

  • -Applies to all HUD-assisted housing
  • -Applies to Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program
  • -Applies to public housing
  • -Applies to HOME, HOPWA, and other federally funded programs

Exemptions:

  • - Private market housing without federal assistance (but state/local laws may still apply)

You must have a legal reason to evict. At-fault and no-fault reasons are both allowed.
